Demi Lovato surprised her fans during her concert in San Jose, California on Tuesday(July 17) when she sang a country song for the very first time. She covered the Lady Antebellum hit “American Honey.”

Is she going country? Last December, the 19-year-old singer posted on twitter that she’d written the first country song of her own.

“Wrote my first country song today. :)

Well, we’re looking forward to that song Demi!

Check out the performance below!

Demi and Nick Jonas Surprise Fans with Duet
Posted by Mary || Filed Under: Concerts, Live, Performance || 0 comment(s)

Demi Lovato brought long-time friend and megastar Nick Jonas on stage for a surprise performance during her concert at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The duo performed not one but two songs; one that Nick even co-wrote. The crowd was singing along and chanting their names as the pair took it all in.

Demi and Nick sang, “Catch Me” and “Don’t Forget,” two very big fan favorites, so it was no surprise that when Demi turned the mic out to the audience, they didn’t miss a note. The pair was having a great time and we’re jealous we couldn’t be there to see it live. Luckily, we have the video below so we can watch it over and over again.
